The staff and food of this appalling hotel were excellent. They made my stay special. Big size suite and large bed.

Views were quite bad.

We had a really great 3 nights stay. Funny staff and cool accommodation. Downtown Cleveland district wo n't disappoint you. We got room with nice decor and an beautiful bathroom to relax. Plenty of options, outstanding food.

It was a such great experience. Everything there was wonderful and the staff were very pleasant. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. Great service, nice hot breakfast. Plus their wifi was free.

We enjoyed our time here. The location was great and parking was on-site. Next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Location was ideal, cozy hotel. I got free upgrade and loved it. Staff were efficient, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. Wonderful lobby. I had a good time and will be back

Lake Erie is not far from the hotel. Stopped by Constantino's Cafe to get some coffee and treats, its short walk from the venue, recommend. Moreover, we could park our car on site. Nothing beats being in Aloft Cleveland Downtown.
